I couldn’t agree more. As a newly single person, again, I didn’t realize how much work went into actually maintaining a house until I was alone. The cleaning, maintenance, the yard, all of it. It’s easy to get complacent and put things off. We all do it. But by doing a little bit here and there, every day, will allow you to keep things neat and tidy. And because you’re keeping up with things, you don’t have to worry about appearances when you have unexpected company.

true some level of comfort is needed for attraction to develop. Though Mystery preaches his Attraction-comfort-seduction model, I think you are more correct. A woman has to trust you (even in the slightest) that you’re not just another bar creeper trying to get laid. As you can imagine, pre-comfort is especially important in places like bars and clubs where there are a lot of drunk horny guys. Cheers. cool site.
