As a newly single person, again, I didn't realize how much work went into actually maintaining a house until I was alone. The cleaning, maintenance, the yard, all of it. It's easy to get complacent and put things off. We all do it. But by doing a little bit here and there, every day, will allow you to keep things neat and tidy. And because you're keeping up with things, you don't have to worry about appearances when you have unexpected company. I couldn’t agree more.
